With over a decade of experience in the corrugated packaging industry, Nathaniel has held pivotal roles such as Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Manager, driving operations, safety initiatives, and customer satisfaction at various facilities.

Corrugated Designer

Responsibilities
All new corrugated box designs start here, from concept to completion. This includes determining the weight and size, based on customers’ needs. Once a project is submitted for approval, if there is an issue or question, he is there to make any adjustments in the original design.

Experience
Served the corrugated industry in many capacities since 1986, including time on the production floor as a flexo folder gluer, operator and eventually delivering merchandise. Familiar with operating most of the machinery in the plant.

Customer advocate and liaison, resolving any challenges that may arise, toward delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Generate box specifications and manufacturing production orders, including assistance with emergency rush situations. Support to Axis account representatives.
